Dear Valued Partners,

I am pleased to share that we have resumed operations at our DongGuan campus in China. While this is great news, we will be operating at a reduced capacity over the next few weeks.

The number of indirect employees that have returned to the facilities allows us to resume all NPI (new product introduction) work immediately. However, our direct production line operators are returning at a slower rate due to the travel restrictions still in place in many areas.

The results of a recent survey sent to our key 80 vendors show that nearly all of them intend to reopen today with the balance anticipating to resume operations by Feb 17th, 2020. Many of these suppliers are in a similar situation as SEACOMP and are resuming work in a reduced capacity.

We will continue to communicate any updates regarding the impact of the Coronavirus but today we are thrilled to get our team back to work and we are very grateful for their efforts to resume manufacturing.

Thank you all for your support, we are extremely thankful for the backing and encouragement that you have provided through the Chinese New Year holiday and the uncertainty of the last few weeks.

Thank you and Best Regards,

Michael Szymanski, CEO
