- Founded by Richard Dawes, originally from the UK, as a LCD module supplier

Establish US Sales office
- Bob Groh and Sally Broff (formerly of Groh & Associates) establish a Displaytech sales office in San Diego named SEACOMP

1999
Expand surface mount capabilities and PCB assembly services

Add in-house plastic tooling and injection molding capabilities

Michael Szymanski becomes Owner/CEO of SEACOMP

Launch HDP Power division
- Offering power supplies and batteries

Develop Design Engineering team in the US
- Providing software and hardware engineering support to our customers

SEACOMP acquires Displaytech
- Operations are consolidated
- Michael Szymanski relocates to Hong Kong for centralized communication between all global offices

Expand manufacturing to a larger campus
- Located in ChangAn, this production facility has over 110,000 square feet and advanced equipment

Additional management leaders join the team
- SEACOMP places full-time American GM at China facility

Purchase Milli-Henry Technology
- A Dong Guan manufacturing facility that holds numerous through-hole and surface mount production lines along with 13 injection molding machines
